All orders received by The Horse Blanket will be shipped within 48 hours based on availability of the item, weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped UPS ground if possible. UPS does noty ship to PO Boxes. Please provide physical address. Although The Horse Blanket will ship from one of 33 distribution centers across the U.S. ( most orders received with-in 3 working days) we ask that you please allow 3-7 days for shipping. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days please let us know immediately so we can trace it down.
Shipping charges are based on shipping to the 48 continental states. APO, FPO,Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped US Priority Mail.* If additional charges are incured, you will be e-mail prior to shipping.(See International Shipping)
Continental USA Shipping* charges are based on the costs associated with each individual product and will be disclosed at the time of check out.
*UPS Shipping only. Truck freight items may incrue additional charges. Additional shipping charges may be added to your order on very heavy items. Any additional shipping surcharges are noted in the "Shopping Cart" area. You are provided this information before you place an order for your convenience.
Expedited Shipping During checkout we do not offer expedited shipping options because we do not want you to spend any more money then you have to. We make every attempt to locate the product in the closest warehouse to you. We will, however, provide expedited shipping upon request. During checkout note in the "Comment" section when you need the item. We will locate the item and if we can provide it within the time frame without expedited shipping we will, however if expedited shipping is required we will call or email you with additional shipping charges.
Orders MUST be in by 2:00pm EST for expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping. Saturday Delivery is available upon request and only if UPS offers it in your area.
International Order Processing :
We have had to make some changes to our international policies due to some unethical behavior with credit cards. The unethical behavior is not limited to International customers however we can perform an address verification on USA credit card purchases.
At this time we are currently not accepting credit card purchases to Belarus, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Ukraine, or Yugoslavia. Any orders placed from these countries MUST be paid by WIRE TRANSFER ONLY.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS THROUGHOUT WEBSITE DO NOT APPLY TO ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. FREE SHIPPING IS TO 48 CONTINENTAL STATES USA ONLY.
International Customers ordering for the first time from The Horse Blanket will need to fax (909-867-2535) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity, or gas) bill indicating your billing address.
This information is used to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike with the credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can not verify your address electronically or through the phone, so this extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you have placed your order, please email attachment to email@example.com) these documents to us ASAP. Your order will be shipped out once we have received one of the above sets of faxes or email attachments. Please note that this requirement is only for International customers ordering for the first time. If you have ordered from us before, you do not need to send us your credit card information.
Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need is your credit card company Logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card.
Prior to processing your order we will calculate and email you a shipping and handling charge for your approval. Please watch for this email. The sooner you respond the sooner we can process your order.
All international orders are shipped UPS if available. Normal delivery time to be expected is 10 to 14 business days from the date you approve Shipping Charges. We can not ship anything international that would normally be shipped via Truck.
The Horse Blanket (www.thehorseblanket.com) is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. All attempts will be made to package your shipment to withstand long distance shipments and if possible insurance will be purchased for lost shipments. We will not reship any order damaged or lost in transit, unless you pay for the entire reshipment.
APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and Guam ship US Priority. Shipping via US Priority Mail is NOT Trackable. We are not responsible for any US Mail that does not get to you. We provide this shipping method as a courtesy to you.
We are not responsible for delays in customs. We also charge a $10.00 handling fee on all international orders. You will be notified of shipping charges via e-mail for your prior approval. All taxes, duties, levis and additional import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping promotion applies to the continental United States orders only.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. The Horse Blanket does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
We want your shopping experience with The Horse Blanket to be a pleasant one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for full credit. The Horse Blanket will not issue credit without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued in advance of the return, and:
• The product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package
• The product was not used
• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt

• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
• If the product was damaged in transit to you we must be notified immediately (within 24hours).
• A restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned inless than new, resalable condition.
